Thanks for the reply. I have thought about your question, hoping to think of a way to do the multi camera editing grouped. But do not see a way without the type of consequences that you have encountered when you tried to do that.

I made several attempts to solve the problem.
1.
In this process.
I downloaded two programs( AdobeDownloadAssistant.exe and AdobeAIRInstaller.exe )
The usage of 'AdobeDownloadAssistant.exe" is download the PremiereElements_11.
During installation the AdobeDownloadAssistant, error message say can not be installed, because "AdobeAIR" is not installed.
So I downloaded the 'AdobeAIRInstaller.exe' and I started the installation.
But I failed to install. Error message say "during installation an error occured (1500)"

I have downloaded the program according to your instructions.

I tried to Install.

1. Are you using Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit computer?
2. If so, then are you working with the Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path cited?
Are you OK finding Folder Options in your computer environment? If not, I will post the details specific to your computer operating system.
Do not give up. The Online Folder is there.

From the details, it sounds like you have an installation in progress and have somewhere along the line initiated another installation.
Do you see any evidence of a first installation going on? If so, cancel out of the installation in which you are getting the Error 1500 message.
Are you getting the Premiere Elements install from the web site and from Adobe intermixed?
Depending on the circumstances, you may be forced into cleaning the slate and starting again with one source for the installation files or the other.
If you do this, make sure to uninstall (if any evidence of install), free ccleaner run through (regular cleaner and registry cleaner parts), install with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.
See if you can find the first installation in progress? Also, double check the Control Panel/Programs to see if Premiere Elements is listed as an installed program there.
Also, make sure that you do not have any Windows Automatic Updates taking place at this time.

I will be out of town for the rest of the week so will get back to this project next week. I have downloaded the audacity but only took a quick look at it and will also review the adobe help site suggested. The data transfer from the camcorder includes a background hum that I need to at least lower in volume, retaining the voice conversations taking place during the filming.

I do a voiceover or narration within the program that works fine but that disappears when it had been exported or published. How do I keep the VO?
Okay. Well I don't seem to have the adobe OCD folder. I changed the slstore fielder an no change. I dot know what to do. Someone last night took control of my computer and did some stuff. Didn't accomplish anything.

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
Besides the narrations on the Timeline, do you have audio on the numbered audio tracks and on the soundtrack? If so, are they lost in the export as well as the narration?
What microphone are you using with the Premiere Elements Narration Tool? And if you have not already, please create Premiere Elements narration with its narration tool with the Audio Meter visible (Window Menu/Audio Meters) to verify that the sound is at 0 dB or thereabouts in the Audio Meter channels.
What are the details of the export?
If you create your narration with the free audio editor Audacity and use that as the narration in your Premiere Elements project, is the narration sound lost in the export?
Let us start here, remembering that the answers are in the details.

Regarding someone last night taking control of your computer and doing some troubleshooting - no fix....did whatever was done change anything at all even if it did not fix the problem. Did the person doing this troubleshooting say what was being done and what attempted fixes did not work?

I have just purchased, downloaded and installed Premiere Elements 12 on my MBP with Retina display 15 inches running OSX 10.9.5 seed guid 13F18.
The installation went fine and when I start the software,I select to start with Video Editor. Once started, Premiere Elements splash screen start, and loading many components then it just crash and quit. This is repeatable. I have tried to remove and reinstall Premiere Elements 12 but it crash every time when startup.. It quit when loading Importer Quicktime Bundle. When the stated component is being load and show up on splash screen, Premeire Eememts crash
So I cannot use Premiere Elements at all. Help please

Im having a serious problem with my adobe premiere elements 11 software! i use a windows 7 laptop. Adobe has LOST all of my footage, and replaced it with the red "offline" clip image. im assuming this has to do with an update problem, as i am unable to update adobe elements 9. and as a result i get this error code: U43M1D207 Can anyone help me???

Just a quick note for now....
You were not looking for an Adobe OCD Folder. It is the Adobe PCD Folder. So, please look again as seen in the screenshot in post number 29 of your thread.
Further, I went to a computer that never saw "Creative Suite Programs", only had installed Premiere Elements 12 and Adobe Reader. And, this computer had the Adobe PCD Folder in the same place that I mentioned in post 29 of your thread. Do you have the Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
Let us see how you do with the Adobe Licensing Repair Tool and prior comments. If no success, we will try another troubleshooting strategy.

This is not Adobe who would be prepared to interpret your logs. Rather user to user.
We will try to help without detouring you through Adobe Chat.
Have you at the onset established that the problem exists with or without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
1. Delete the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file
Users/Libraries/Application Support/Adobe/Premiere Elements/12.0.
Did that help?
2. Uninstall Premiere Elements. Uninstall QuickTime. Then do a free ccleaner run through to
get rid of leftovers from incomplete installs and or uninstalls.
3. With antivirus and firewall(s) disabled, reinstall first QuickTime (latest version for Mac) and then
Premiere Elements 12.
Others have looked at this failure at Importer QuickTime...
a. by looking at permissions....even creating a new User Account with Administrative Privileges to which to install the program and run it
b. some have looked at removing 3rd party QuickTime components
All that being said, the above comes with no guarantees. Have you seen the Adobe document

For your immediate issue....
Are you trying to use the Instant Movie named Outdoor Adventure? There is a known problem with this particular Instant Movie.

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? And, have you updated the program from 12 to 12.1 using an opened project's Help Menu/Update? If not, please do so and let us know if that resolves the program shutting down problem.
Also, please let us know, if there is a marked delay in seeing the New Project dialog, if you go File Menu/New/Project.
If there is
a. right click the Premiere Elements 12 desktop icon and select and apply Run As Administrator in spite of the fact that you are assumed to running the program from a User Account with Administrative Privileges.
c. do a free ccleaner run through (regular cleaner and registry cleaner parts or as indicated by the ccleaner version)
